Payment Options
Note: Village Fair Web Designs is not an Internet Service Provider. Internet access (including email addresses), if you desire it, must be attained at your own cost. Rates below may change without notice.
All sites housed through Village Fair reside on Creative Innovations servers, using Unix
web servers, or other suitable servers. Host servers were chosen with an eye to performance; but cannot
guarantee down times (such as server problems or high web traffic). Because server space is leased, there are no guarantees made for periods of down time. (Although, rest assured, if the server becomes unstable, other routes will be considered.) No refunds will be
made for hosting services. All prices are subject to change.
Customers must supply logos and photos at their own expense, or pay extra to have them done. Text copy and
graphic items will be kept on file for six months from the time of creation.

Special Needs, such as midi inclusion/creation, logo creation, graphics
manipulation, digital camera imaging, javascript, java, CGI, forms, HTML coding over
and above site design maintenance, multi-frame coding, and other items bear an additional
expense. Quotes for work are available; 50% of quoted amount payable in advance, with
remainder billed to existing customers on the 1st of the month, payable in full by the 10th
of the month, unless other arrangements have been made.
There will be a $20 service charge on all checks returned for insufficient funds or
other reasons.
Payment Options
Village Fair reserves the right to refuse hosting or design services, or options for billing on credit.
Template Sites:
Customers choosing Template Sites are expected to submit a 50% non-refundable
deposit toward design costs, with the balance due when the final design is approved. One
approval allowed. Checks and money orders are accepted. Visa/MasterCard accepted through PayPal only. Arkansas residents must pay state sales tax.
Custom (Large Business) Sites:
Business customers requiring Custom Sites are expected to submit a deposit of $400 or one-third of anticipated costs, whichever is larger,
toward design costs. When approved, the balance will be billed on the 1st of the month
after approval, due by the 15th of the month in full. Other arrangements may be made,
depending on the business. Two approvals allowed. Checks and money orders are
accepted. Arkansas residents must pay state sales tax, unless they are an exempted charity or organization.
Maintenance and Special Needs:
Occasional maintenance arrangements will be billed at the rate of $30.00 per hour
with 1/2 hour minimum, on the 1st of the month following the work, due by the 15th of
the month.
Hosting:
All hosting fees and/or domain registration fees, without exception, are due in advance. No prorating. If hosting is combined with a design package that requires monthly billing, hosting fees will be included in the normal invoice. Websites which have not been paid in advance are subject to suspension of service until payment has been made.
